• Image upload and analysis capabilities (GPT-4o)
• Chat history and conversation management
• Multi-language support

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Registration

You must authenticate via Google OAuth to use our Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

3.2 Account Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for all content and activity under your account
• You must not share your account with others
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Usage Limits and Fair Use

Free tier users are subject to the following limits:

• 2 image uploads per day (24-hour rolling window)
• Standard rate limits on API requests
• Access to all AI avatars and general chat

We reserve the right to modify these limits or implement additional restrictions to ensure fair use and service quality.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Generate harmful, illegal, or offensive content
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Reverse engineer or extract the underlying models
• Use the Service for automated scraping or data collection
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Distribute malware or malicious content

6. Content and Intellectual Property

6.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a license to use, store, and process that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

6.2 AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI models is provided for informational purposes. You may use AI-generated content in accordance with these terms, but we make no guarantees about accuracy or suitability for any particular purpose.

The Service, including its design, features, functionality, and underlying technology, is owned by Propeller AI and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works based on our Service.

7. AI Model Disclaimers

Our Service uses third-party AI models (including GPT-4o and DeepSeek) to generate responses. Please note:

• AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated
• Do not rely on AI-generated content for medical, legal, or financial decisions without professional consultation
• AI avatars provide general guidance and are not substitutes for licensed professionals
• We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content

8. Privacy and Data

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Termination

10.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PROPELLER AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Propeller AI from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
